Workout time: 90 mins
Social time: 60 mins
6:00 – 6:15 PM Check-In & Connect
Led by a connection facilitator.
6:15 – 6:30 PM Dynamic Warm-Up
Full-body warm-up led by the instructor. Group circle format.
6:30 – 7:30PM Main Workout (60–75 mins)
Combination of solo, partner, and team circuits using bodyweight and resistance bands. Rotating stations keep things fresh.
7:30 – 7:45 PM Cool Down + Stretch
End with gratitude reflection.
7:45 – 8:45 PM Post-Workout Social Hour
Light bites + refreshments, mingling and matching.
